Manuka Hut partners with trusted carriers to deliver your orders worldwide:
- Domestic Australia: Australia Post (Standard and Express services)
- International Standard: Australia Post EMS Network with local postal partners
- International Express: DHL Express
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
2.1 Coverage
We ship to all Australian states and territories except Western Australia.
2.2 Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 1-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
3.1 Coverage
We ship to over 190 countries worldwide. Some destinations may have temporary service suspensions.
3.2 Delivery Times
International delivery times vary by destination:
- Express (via local postal partner): 2-18 business days depending on destination
- Standard (via local postal partner): 4-25 business days depending on destination
- DHL Express: 1-3 business days worldwide
4. TRACKING
All orders include full tracking from our warehouse to your delivery address. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
5. SHIPPING RATES
We charge exact shipping costs with no markups. The shipping rate is calculated based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

7. RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS
Due to postal service limitations, we currently cannot ship to the following locations:
- Western Australia (temporary suspension)
- Countries with active Australia Post service suspensions (varies by time)
8. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive email confirmation when your order ships
9. DELIVERY ISSUES
9.1 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If your package is delivered to the incorrect address and redeliver is necessary we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.
9.2 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, packages may be held at local post offices or returned to sender. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
9.3 Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged.
